Reference Number 0000334994 The Infrastructure Modernization Program at Chilliwack, British Columbia and various range and training areas across Mainland BC is focused on both recapitalization of existing assets and the development of new infrastructure and facilities where required. As part of this project, the Department of National Defence (DND) wishes to proceed with the renewal of systems which include civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental elements to bring the assets to meet current and projected future requirements. This program will include planned phased work packages for implementation over ten (10) years while maintaining operations across Mainland BC. The purpose of this project is to retain the services of a contractor to provide construction management services of pre-construction and construction phases. Major construction services are expected to include activities such as interior/exterior demolition in the presence of hazardous materials, interior renovations, exterior envelope work, electrical, mechanical, civil, structural and new infrastructure.
