Replacement of the existing cooling tower at Marrs Middle School. Question Deadline 11/12/2026 Question Submission Email Box Address Questions_Clarifications_1@ops.org The Work called for in these Bid Documents includes the demolition, removal, proper disposal, and replacement of one (1 ) existing cooling tower at Marrs Middle School in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents (as hereinafter defined). The Work encompasses all mechanical, electrical, structural and controls to provide and install a complete and working cooling tower system. The existing cooling tower is a 500 Ton single-cell cooling tower located on a 4-pier support system roughly 10' above grade. Existing tower structure was determined to be sufficient for the new tower and will remain. New tower is to be installed directly on existing structural supports. In addition to the cooling tower replacement, minor pipework within the adjacent mechanical room will be required by this scope of work. This Work also includes adding a 6" strainer at each heat exchanger and modifying the sump tank pipe inlet for better flow conditions.
