Site work and renovation of a detention facility in Rushville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Department of Human Services is seeking to procure services to install anti-slip pads on the walkway of all rooftops located at 17019 County Farm Road, Rushville, IL 62681. IDHS is seeking bids for the installation of 2000ft +/- of anti-slip roofing walkway pad. Walkway pad must be Firestone brand specific for Gamma housing unit roof only and Versico brand specific for all other facility roofs, no substitutions. Vendor and/or subcontractor must be an approved Versico and/or Firestone installer. 1600 ft to be installed on existing tan TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) VersiFleece roofing 400 ft to be installed on existing white EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) roofing. Preparation and installation must be according to the manufacturer's specifications. Must be 34 inches wide. Must be a minimum of 150 mil thickness. Must have safety yellow edges , if option is available from Versico and Firestone. Must have raised diamond plate tread pattern. Must meets all applicable ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards for roofing walkway. Preparation and installation must be according to manufactures' recommendations. Term: Date of execution through June 30, 2027.
