Without force or effect, Work of Project consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform indicated work on portions of the Meacham Airport Terminal Building, including but not limited to the following: Base Bid: Renovation building exterior at areas indicated on the Drawings, including but not limited to the following: Remove and replace all glazing from existing exterior aluminum storefront frames including gaskets, sealants, and other required accessories for new glazing installation. Remove and replace all glazing from existing exterior curtain wall frames including gaskets, sealants, and other required accessories for new glazing installation. Remove and replace all glazing from existing exterior aluminum framed entrances including gaskets, sealants, and other required accessories for new glazing installation. Provide temporary protection and support during duration of construction for existing suspended artwork to remain in Lobby. Provide security films at all new exterior glazing for Customs and Border Protection office. Remove and replace all existing backer rod and sealant at perimeter of existing aluminum framed openings. Alternates: Alternate 1 : Remove existing manual roller shades from existing exterior openings in City of Fort Worth Aviation suite as indicated on Drawings. Provide new manual roller shades at locations as indicated on Drawings. Alternate 2: Provide new manual roller shades at existing exterior openings for all tenant spaces less City of Fort Worth Aviation suite as indicated on Drawings. Alternate 3: Repaint existing gypsum board walls in Lobby as indicated on Drawings.
