The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in procedures. The Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide water distribution system condition assessment services. The intent is to award up to two (2) contracts to support AWWU's staff as necessary. The services required are on an "as-needed" basis over the term of the contract. For each contract, the period of performance is three years from the date of contract signature by MOA. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
