Walton County is requesting written quotations from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors for the complete removal and replacement of the existing internal/concealed gutter system at the three-story DeFuniak Springs Courthouse in DeFuniak Springs, Florida Contractors shall evaluate existing conditions, verify field dimensions and quantities, determine necessary access and removal methods, and provide a complete lump-sum quotation for the removal , replacement, installation, waterproofing, and restoration associated with the work. The completed system shall provide durable, watertight drainage designed to direct stormwater away from the building and prevent water intrusion, deterioration, and damage to the courthouse structure and interior.
