Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Contract No.: 104267-21-B-0030 The Contractor must provide all material , labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction of a postal facility for the United States Postal Service (USPS), including all incidental work described in the contract documents. B. Scope Includes: 1. Electrical Upgrades for Charger Installation a. Through this paving project at the Saint Paul Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF), no electrical upgrades will be performed. 2. Lift Replacement/Installation a. Through this paving project at the Saint Paul VMF, no vehicle lifts will be installed. 3. Door Replacement/Installation a. Through this paving project at the Saint Paul VMF, no overhead doors will be installed. b. Through this paving project at the Saint Paul VMF, no pedestrian doors will be installed. 4. Light Emitting Diode (LED) Lighting a. Through this paving project at the Saint Paul VMF, no LED lighting will be installed. 5. Interior Finish Renovation a. Through this paving project at the Saint Paul VMF, no interior finish renovations will be performed. 6. Exterior finish renovation a. Through this paving project at the Saint Paul VMF, no exterior finish renovations will be performed. 7. Lot Upgrades a. For the St. Paul VMF, the pavement rehabilitation project includes asphalt mill and overlay, localized full-depth asphalt pavement replacement, concrete crack sealing, and new concrete sidewalk installation. The parking lot will be restriped to accommodate 8 employee parking spaces, 32 VMF parking spaces, and 2 VMF charging spaces utilizing existing charging equipment. The existing ADA parking spaces and associated pavement markings will be restriped to maintain compliance with current accessibility requirements. Contractor shall coordinate and relocate on-site storage equipment as required to facilitate construction of the proposed pavement improvements. The project will be completed in four (4) phases, as shown on the phasing plan , to maintain facility operations throughout construction. Contractor shall provide and maintain erosion and sediment control measures in accordance with MPCA and local jurisdiction requirements for all disturbed areas. All work shall be in accordance with applicable codes and local regulations that may apply. In case of conflict in or between the Contract Documents and a governing code or ordinance, the more stringent standard shall apply RFIs are DUE 11/11/2026 by 5 PM
