GENERAL SCOPE OF THE WORK 1.02 A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Demolition and removal of existing bathroom components including all tile, underlayment and subflooring; demolition of existing sheetrock to stud framing at walls and joist framing at ceiling; plumbing and electrical fixtures, cabinets and medicine cabinet. 2. Installation of new plumbing and electrical fixtures, cement board, shower drain, vanity, medicine cabinet, ceramic tile flooring, solid surface wall cladding and wainscoting, etc. 3. All work shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 4. Providing all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: All installed components mut be free from any abnormalities or defects for a period of one year from the date of the Certificate of Final Completion.
