Provide 150 each PANEL, JOINER, measuring 5/8" thick x 48" x 96", constructed with aluminum honeycomb core (1/4" cell) and faced on both sides with .045" Type 6061-T6 aluminum. Panels shall use adhesive in accordance with MIL-A-25463 Class 1 Type 1 and be laminated on both sides with ARVEX P decorative facing, .015" thick, color ARVEX Fibers Cashmere #71025-153 or equal, in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 804-4623540. NSN/Part Number: 5670 01-LG0-5845. Quantity required is 150 units. Proposed substitutions must include specification sheets for evaluation. Delivery is required no later than November 19, 2026. Pricing must include all delivery and freight charges, with FOB Destination terms required. Material must be packaged using military packaging standards consistent with MIL-STD-2073-1E and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R, including barcode requirements unless otherwise authorized. Packaging must protect against corrosion, deterioration, and physical damage during shipment and storage. Shipments must include an itemized packing list and clearly display the purchase order number, vendor name, national stock number (if applicable), and part number. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
