The Consultant shall complete an independent review of existing site conditions, including accessible parking provisions, pedestrian circulation routes, wayfinding, signage, entrances, doors, and connections between the parkade and the building. The Consultant shall review the Accessibility Report, Gap Analysis Report, and project requirements; validate previously identified accessibility deficiencies; identify any additional barriers or opportunities for improvement; and assess compliance with current accessibility standards and applicable codes. Based on the findings of the assessment, the Consultant shall prepare a Design Brief with recommendations regarding project scope, priorities, and implementation strategies for stakeholder review and approval. Upon approval of the Design Brief, the Consultant shall proceed with the design and preparation of construction documents for the approved accessibility improvements.
