The Policy on Prioritizing Canadian Suppliers and Canadian Content in Strategic Federal Procurements applies to this bid solicitation. This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform snow clearing, snow removal, sanding, salting, and ice control services for the Parrtown Community Correctional Center (CCC) parking facility and associated areas. Objectives: The Contractor shall be responsible for monitoring weather conditions and conducting regular site inspections to ensure snow removal and ice control activities are performed proactively and in a timely manner to prevent hazardous snow and ice conditions. Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery: Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of Contract Award with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods.
