The Frisco Animal Facility will serve as a modern animal resource center for Frisco residents and their pets, The Facility will be an approximately 18,000 SF, single-story building, which will include veterinary clinical space , animal intake and holding areas, adoption areas, and associated support spaces. The facility will include a 1,200 SF dog pavilion, exterior exercise yards, service areas, and supporting site improvements. The buildings will be constructed using a combination of pre-engineered metal structures and CMU walls. The construction of the facility emphasizes fear-free animal welfare design practices, operational efficiency, low maintenance, and a safe and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
