Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Rochester, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new 126,000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank at the Knox City site and a new 20,000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank at the Rochester Pump Station site. Includes yard piping, water system connections, and demolition/abandonment of existing ground storage tanks. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Contract 1 - Ground Storage Tank Improvements The project consists of the construction of a new 126,000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank (or Alternate 75,000-gallon) at the Knox City site and a new 20,000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank at the Rochester Pump Station site. Improvements also include associated yard piping, connections to the existing water system, and demolition and abandonment of existing ground storage tanks. Contract 2 - Generator and Electrical Improvements The project consists of the installation of emergency standby generators at the Rochester Pump Station, Knox City Pump Station, and Rochester Lift Station. Improvements include automatic transfer switches, generator pads, associated wiring and conduit, electrical panel upgrades, transformers, electrical service modifications, and other related electrical improvements
