COTA seeks qualified contractors to clean and rehabilitate deteriorated drainage piping at the McKinley Facility. The work includes initial mechanical augering and high -pressure water jetting, three monthly follow-up jet- cleaning services, trenchless or minimally invasive pipe sleeving in identified sections, restoration of affected areas, and postinstallation camera inspection. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, disposal, documentation, product information, warranties, and a final completion report. Final acceptance is contingent on successful completion of the work, acceptable postinstallation inspection results, restoration , and COTA's acceptance of required closeout documentation. The Project Overview provides a brief description of the project and explains the problem COTA is seeking to address. This section should include the operational need, the purpose of the project, the type of services or goods required, and the anticipated contract duration if known. COTA is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide drain cleaning, highpressure water jetting, and pipe sleeving services at the McKinley facility. A previous camera inspection of the existing drainage piping identified deteriorated sections requiring rehabilitation through pipe sleeving. The purpose of this project is to thoroughly clean the existing drainage system, remove accumulated and residual material, use a camera to determine damage, prepare the affected piping for rehabilitation, and install pipe sleeving in the identified areas. The work will include an initial comprehensive cleaning using mechanical augering and high -pressure water jetting, three additional jet- cleaning services over the following three months, and pipe sleeving of the identified deteriorated sections. This section defines what the selected contractor is responsible for performing. Work should be organized into categories such as Project Management, Technical or Operational Services, Documentation , Training, and Warranty or Support where applicable. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision , equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to: (1 ) mechanically auger and high-pressure water jet applicable drains and piping, including removal and proper disposal of debris; (2) perform three follow- up jet- cleaning services approximately monthly for three consecutive months; (3) review camera information , verify field conditions, prepare affected piping, and install an appropriate trenchless or minimally invasive lining/sleeving system; (4) complete curing, trimming, reconnection , finishing, and restoration of access areas; and (5) perform a post-installation camera inspection. Work shall be coordinated with COTA Facilities to minimize operational disruption. Excavation or floor demolition may not proceed without COTA's written authorization.
