This project is a new ground up 96,000 square foot elementary school. The scope includes but it not limited to: Sitework, site utilities, landscaping, site concrete, playgrounds, fencing, concrete, structural steel, ICF walls for tornado shelter, conventional steel building, masonry, metal panels, soffits, mid-bit roofing, metal stud framing, interior finishes, millwork, solid surface countertops, acoustical panels, specialty ceilings, glass railings, elevator, doors and hardware, specialties, marker boards, tack boards, fire sprinkler, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, technology, communications, audio visual, etc. Proposal security in the sum of 5 percent of the total Proposal amount and in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or Surety Proposal Bond, shall accompany all Proposals as stipulated in the Instructions to Proposers. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all Proposals. The Owner shall have the right to reject any, or all Proposals, reject a Proposal not accompanied by a required Proposal Security, or by other data required by the Proposal Documents, or reject a Proposal which is in any way incomplete or irregular.
