The scope of work includes installation of high-density (HD) shelving within Space 146, along with all related improvements necessary to accommodate the new system. The work will also include the provision and installation of a loading dock lift, including any associated improvements required to support its operation. In addition, project related signage will be installed as needed to address way finding and code compliance requirements. The scope further includes the replacement of a portion of the roof area above Room 146, including all associated demolition, repairs, and integration with the existing roofing system. Filed Sub-bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work noted below), and DCAMM Update Statement. *All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid. This project has prequalified firms that submitted Statements of Qualifications per the prior advertisement. This project is not seeking new bidders. A performance bond and labor and materials payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the sum of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder.
