The purpose of these assessments will be to implement the provisions of the Building Chapter of the Safety Code (CBCS), in order to issue an inspection report certifying the safety of the facades of the buildings covered by this open procedure. The bidder must provide, in accordance with the contract documents, professional services that include, but are not limited to, inspection of 119 high-rise building facades, drafting reports and issuing safety certificates. The OMHM is starting its fifth inspection cycle of its building fleet of five (5) floors and above. The majority of buildings covered by this open procedure have already undergone corrective work, and these inspections are aimed at ensuring the safety and sustainability of the buildings. The scope of work is described in the quote, and the bidder must refer to it to understand the extent of their obligations.
