Renovation of an educational facility in Nipigon, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the removal of sections of the existing roofing at the St. Hilary's school in Red Rock, Ontario and the installation of a new fully adhered EPDM roofing system and associated work. Direct questions to Mr. Allan Wolotko via email (only) awolotko@kgsgroup.com . Deadline for questions shall be 4:00pm, November 19th, 2026. Reply will be in form of an addenda, a copy of which will posted on ConstructConnect no later than 4:00pm, November 24th, 2026. Proponents are encouraged to visit the project site and surrounding area before submitting Tender. If Bidders wishes to attend the site, please contact Mr. Barry Biggs, bbiggs@sncdsb.on.ca to coordinate your visit. Note: Work shall not commence until June 26, 2027.
