The Work consists of general contracting services including site earthworks, granular base construction, drainage works, concrete installations, fencing, site furnishings, and site restoration. The successful contractor will be required to coordinate its activities with a separately retained Turf Contractor. Tender Q-2026-74. The soccer playing area is 55 m x 100 m with a 3 m safety buffer, as shown on A100; use coordinated drawings for construction limits and dimensions. Provide supervision, labour, materials, equipment, survey, temporary works, protection , permits and inspections required for the General contractor Work. Protect school operations, existing utilities, adjacent work and public access. Verify and document the school contractor's formation surface at handover; complete field excavation, trimming, grading, approved fill, proof-rolling, subgrade preparation, drainage trenches and removal of surplus material required by the coordinated design. Supply and install specified geotextile or membrane, granular and drainage aggregate layers and final prepared base to the elevations, grades, tolerances and material requirements accepted by F Supply and install all field drainage, including panel drains, perforated collector piping, fittings, trench materials, connections to the designated storm outlet and required testing. Field drainage is included in this General contractor Contract. Construct concrete curbs, low retaining walls, field-project walkways and bench pads, including reinforcement and coordination with engineered fence foundations. Complete the connections to existing or school-project concrete indicated on the drawings. Supply and install chain-link fencing, pedestrian gates and cantilever vehicle gate, including sealed engineered post-footing/pile designs and coordination with curbs and walls. Submit any drawing/specification conflicts for clarification before pricing or construction, as applicable. Supply and install 9-foot player benches and one pair of moveable soccer goals with the specified nets, wheels and safe restraint system. Complete topsoil , sod and landscape restoration outside the artificial turf footprint and in areas disturbed by the General contractor Work. Maintain safe drainage and protect adjacent buildings and works. .10 Provide joint inspections, test reports, as-built records, operating and maintenance information, deficiencies correction and closeout for the General contractor Work.
