*As of July 18, 2024, This project has been awarded to Curry & Kepple Inc, with the awarded amount of $92,223.70. 1 L.S. Installation of 117"x 79" Pipe Arch (Supplied by Township) 2 Each Installation of Structural Plate Headwalls (Supplied by Township) 1 L.S. Erosion and Sedimentation Control Proposals must be on the forms furnished and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bids over $25,000 are subject to the PA Prevailing Wage as established by the PA Department of Labor and Industry. The Contract is subject to the PA Steel Products Procurement Act. Proof of compliance must be included in the Bid. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening thereof. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening ofBids may not be answered.
