The Town of Appleton is currently seeking bids for Tree Removal The Town of Appleton is seeking a contractor to remove four white pines damaged in a November wind storm. Contracted work includes removing fallen trees and limbs, cutting remaining trunks to ground level. Due to the space constraints of the location, Pine Grove Cemetery, and pending weather, successful bidders must have a crane or other equipment capable of preventing damage to surrounding headstones while extracting damaged trees. Work must commence upon bid award or as soon as possible as agreed with the designated Appleton Select Board representative. The Town of Appleton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
