Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Auburn, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Auburn is accepting written proposals for the Auburn Public Works Department's 2022 Reconstruction Project. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive any informality the City may determine necessary. The City also reserves to itself the exclusive right to accept any proposal when it is deemed by the City to be in its best interest. Questions from prospective bidders relative to this Contract shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. Friday March 4 th 2022 and emailed to:Kris Bennett P.E. Assistant City Engineer Engineering Division kbennett@auburnmaine.gov A bid bond shall be submitted with appropriate bid forms in the amount of 5% of the total contract value. The completion date for this project is November 18th, 2022. The City of Auburn reserves the right to waive any formality and technicality in bids whichever is deemed best for the interest of the City of Auburn.
