Renovation of an educational facility in Auburn, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Central Maine Community College is seeking qualified contractors to provide inspections and roof restoration services as well as provide warranty service and maintenance to those specific roofs. To qualify, contractors must have a dedicated service center with dedicated employees that can respond to ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs. The contractor must be able to demonstrate that they can provide these services within 60 minutes of request. Restorations, maintenance, and emergency work must be completed by the contractor's trained employees. No subcontracting will be allowed. The qualification process is open to all roofing contractor firms (suppliers, GC's and non-roofing contractors are not qualified) with interest. All restoration work must be completed in 2022. Provide all materials, labor and equipment required for the installation of the RCR System over the existing weathered EPDM single ply membrane including all ancillary products. B. Related Work 1.
