Renovation of a municipal facility in Augusta, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Installation of a new 75 KW Combined Heat And Power Unit (CHP). The Contractor shall provide a concrete pad for the CHP. The Contractor shall connect the CHP to the Building's electrical system and allow for Net Metering with Versant Power Electric Company. The Contractor shall connect the CHP to the building's heating. The Contractor shall furnish and install all items in accordance with Plans and Specifications. The cost of the work is approximately $ 1,100,000. The contract shall designate the Substantial Completion Date on or before 1 December 2023, and the Contract Final Completion Date on or before 30 January 2024.
