Renovation of a military facility in Augusta, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Project scope consists of the modernization of the two separate HVAC systems in Building 7 at Camp Keyes in Augusta, Maine, The first system includes the removal of the electric condensing unit and the DX (air conditioning ) coil for the air handler unit and the standalone dehumidifier. Replace with a new VRF electric condenser, new coil and a standalone dehumidifier and integrate the new equipment with the existing systems and controls. The second system includes the removal of two first generation electric VRF condensing units and replace with two high efficiency Gas Heat Pump (GHP) systems. All work to be done in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Innovative Construction and Design Solutions, LLC (ICDS)
