PLEASE NOTE: Per city, they will not accept emailed bids. Only bids that are dropped off in plain envelope at the city. Scope of Services The intent of this RFSB is to procure the services of a reputable Contractor to provide materials and labor associated with the demolition of the concrete topping slab and insulation to structural deck and placement of new insulation/concrete topping with traffic membrane and miscellaneous repairs. The City expects that all Contractors bidding this RFSB possess the knowledge, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the services requested in this RFSB, to do so to industry standards, manufacturers recommendations, and any and all applicable law, rules, regulations, and codes related to this type of project. The City has made every effort to provide all bidders with enough information to bid on this RFSB. The City intends to award this bid to the bidder that can provide the City with the services as requested in this RFSB, which can do so at a reasonable cost, and within the completion timeframe as noted in this document. The City will review and evaluate any and all information provided by the bidders.
