The Department of Administrative and Financial Services ("Department") is seeking proposals for exterior window cleaning of the State of Maine owned facilities in the Augusta, ME, area, one (1) facility in Hallowell, ME, and the Vassalboro, ME, campus. The services to be performed shall include cleaning of all exterior fixed and operable windows and frames. Additionally, some buildings will require removal, cleaning, and reinstallation of storm windows. This will be a two (2) year contract with approximately half of the facilities being done in the first year and the remaining in the second year, per the provided listing. This document provides instructions for submitting proposals, the procedure and criteria by which the Provider(s) will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the State and the awarded Bidder(s).
