The State of Maine is seeking proposals for Janitorial Services at the West Bath District Court. Only certified Workcenters are eligible to submit bids for this request. These specifications provide the minimum requirements for accomplishing janitorial services for the State of Maine Judicial Branch, Lewiston District Court, at 71 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, Maine. The building contains approximately 40,000 square feet. The provider shall field verify actual square footages of spaces for the purpose of preparing a bid and scheduling work. The agreement Administrator will be Kevin Fogg, Facilities Engineer, P.O. Box 1345, Lewiston, Maine 04243-1345, Tel. (207) 212-0932. The work to be accomplished consists of performing janitorial services at the above-named facility according to specific frequencies listed later in the specifications. Frequencies may be altered, if needed, by mutually agreeable, written change requests, but may not be decreased without written approval by the Agreement Administrator. Janitorial services will normally be conducted Monday through Friday.
