Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. The Davis-Bacon Act requirements apply to this project. The project scope consists of removal of existing ductwork, relief hoods, unit ventilators, and controls. Installation of new HVAC systems shall consist of ventilation systems, ductwork, terminal units, equipment, controls, etc. Scope shall include structural, architectural, and electrical work required for new systems.
