The City of Bangor Wastewater Maintenance Department requests proposals for the supply and delivery of sewer manhole frames, covers, and risers for wastewater maintenance. The specific equipment requested includes: ten 26"x4" sewer rim/cover bolt down combos, twenty 26"x6" manhole frames, fifty 26" sewer manhole covers, ten 24" sewer MH covers, fifty 26"x1" fixed risers, seventy-five 26"x1.5" fixed risers, fifty 26"x2" fixed risers, ten 24"x1" fixed risers, ten 24"x1.5" fixed risers, and ten 24"x2" fixed risers. Proposals must include a completed Bid Form and exclude all federal and state taxes from the proposal price. Proposers must ensure timely delivery of submissions, reference the correct proposal number, and adhere to all provided bid instructions. The City reserves the right to reject any proposals, waive informalities or defects, and accept higher-cost proposals if deemed in the City's best interest.
