The selected Proposer may also be requested to assist with conceptual planning for future stormwater projects and other professional services as needed. All fieldwork will be performed within the City of Bangor. (3) Three (1) one-year options are contemplated, contingent upon mutual agreement between the parties. Any questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 P.M., Friday, June 14, 2024. The City of Bangor has approximately four thousand (4,000) catch basins to be inspected at a rate of approximately 50% per year. Inspections are typically carried out every year on either the west or east side of the Kenduskeag Stream within City limits. The east side has approximately one thousand seven hundred (1,700) catch basins and the west side has approximately two thousand three hundred (2,300) catch basins. Additional inspections may be necessary on certain catch basins that have frequently accumulated excess sediment, as required by the MS4 permit.
