Scope of Work Summary: Work includes the construction of a 40'x40' (1600sf+-) cold storage building utilizing (2) two 8'x8'x40'+- cargo containers supported with a reinforced concrete foundation. Work includes some minor site work, USF's, underdrain, and trench patching. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required.
