Outline of Work: The proposed project includes full-depth reconstruction of Moulton Street and parts of First Street, Second Street and Copeland Street. The stormwater piping will be replaced and catch basins improved. Integrated with this design is curbing, a sidewalk, conduit for future lighting amenities and six on-street parking spaces for Great Falls Park. Construction of a high-performance biofiltration system to filter out contaminants, other stormwater control measures and full site landscaping are included as well as any other incidental work to the above described scope. The basis of award will be made to the lowest responsive and qualified bidder of the base bid and is in the best interest of the Town of Berwick.
