Project 27010.00 is located in Biddeford and Saco on Rt 1 beginning at Dartmouth Street and extending North 0.85 miles, and beginning 0.03 miles North of Diamond Street and extending 0.25 miles North to Water Street. Project 27012.00 is located in Saco on Rt 1 & Rt 1 South beginning 0.05 of a mile East of the Biddeford town line and extending East 0.44 of a mile, and beginning at Rt 5 and extending West 0.05 of a mile to Rt 112.
