No definite date for rebid** Bids are requested from licensed and qualified lead abatement contractors for the rehabilitation of the multifamily property located at 158 Cleaves St, Biddeford, ME 04005. The contractor is required to complete work as specified in the Bid Specifications & Bid Request Forms. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Housing Rehab Office, 2nd Floor of City Hall, 205 Main Street, Biddeford, ME 04005, no later than Noon Eastern Time on the specified date. Digital bid packages are available on the City’s website or at the Housing Rehab Office by appointment. No facsimile, email, or telephone bid submittals will be accepted. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is required for bid eligibility. All questions must be submitted in writing to the City's Housing Rehab Consultant/Lead Designer by the specified deadline, and answers will be provided via the City website as an addendum to the bidding packet. The project is funded in whole or in part by HUD and is contingent upon funding availability, and all related rules and regulations apply.
