As of 1/26/2023 All bids rejected over budget. The Biddeford School Department is conducting a competitive bid process for Ventilation Renovations at the Biddeford Regional Center of Technology in Biddeford, Maine. The project consists of mechanical system renovations. The construction consists of removing rooftop HVAC and providing an energy recovery unit; piping and associated ductwork and controls; and incidental work including selective demolition, roof patching, gypsum board, suspended ceilings and electrical. All questions are to be submitted in writing to Jeff Bathalon, BiddefordSRRF@oakpoint.com, with "BIDDEFORD COT - VENTILATION" in the subject line, by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on December 28, 2022. No phone calls will be accepted
