**As of June 6, 2024, the project was awarded to Patriot Paving, LLC., but the awarded amount is not available.** The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of a retaining wall with a sidewalk on the back (top) side of the retaining wall. The project spans approximately 450 feet along Railroad Avenue and passes under a railroad trestle. If bid amount is $125,00.00 or greater then Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. If bid amount is $125,000.00 or greater, Payment and Performance Bonds will need to be provided at Contract Signing as described in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bid Bond A certified check or bank draft payable to the OWNER or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the Owner.
