Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brunswick, Maine. Working plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and retail development.
As of March 6 2025, this project is in working drawings now. This is a redevelop the existing fire station into a brewery on the ground floor with five affordable housing units on the second floor. The project will include associated parking areas, landscape areas, a potential food truck pad, and infrastructure improvements.
