No definite date for award The Project includes the following Work: Work under this project includes, but is not limited to, approximately 2,100 LF of 8”Ø DI water main, 690 LF of water services, hydrants and 8 - 8”Ø valves, 1 – 12” Ø valve, bituminous trench and roadway pavement, indeterminate ledge removal, and all site work, test pits, earthwork, erosion control, traffic control, restoration of disturbed areas, loam and seeding, and all incidentals as required for a complete project. (Refer to DWP Supplementary Conditions) Bid Bond “A bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder’s maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or Bid bond issued by surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions.” Agency Not a Party “This contract is expected to be funded in whole or in part by the EPARegion 1 Congressionally Directed Spending funding.
