Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Below is the scope Replace 2 existing 1.5 ton heat pump condensers and 2 air handling units. Replace 1 existing 2 ton air conditioning condenser with a new TXV installed in an existing unit ventilator. All disposal, automation controls, and electric should be included in the proposal. The Town of Cape Elizabeth will be accepting bids from qualified contractors, for the replacement of two 1.5 ton heat pumps systems, including condensers and air-handlers. Along with the replacement of a 2-ton condensing unit with a new TXV valve at our Cape Elizabeth Community Center. The Town of Cape Elizabeth reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received and waive any and all technicalities.
