Other Information The contractor shall make note of the schedule requirements presented in the contract documents. The Town has established a start date any time after April 1, 2022. Work is to be completed within 90-calendar days and the contractor shall work continuously upon commencement of the work. The project shall be Substantially Complete, including finish pavement by September 30, 2022 and 100 percent complete by October 28, 2022.. The Town of Cape Elizabeth reserves the right to waive all informalities and reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal. The Surf Road Improvements project estimate is $350,000-$450,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
