Renovation of a mixed-use development in Caribou, Maine. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Caribou is accepting bid proposals from qualified individuals or firms with proven experience in large project design and consulting services to provide professional construction design, specifications, plan, estimated project cost, assist in obtaining permits, as well as bid procedure documents for construction contractors and construction inspections during renovations. The scope of work includes interior renovations at the Caribou Fire Station at 121 High Street and the Lions Community Services building at 111 High Street. Question Deadline 04/23/2025 at 10:00 AM ET Any questions resulting from the Request for Qualifications or pre-qualification conference should be directed to City Manager Penny Thompson All questions and answers will be posted on online by Monday April 28, 2025, at 1:00 p.m The City of Caribou reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals at its sole discretion. Contact the City Manager Penny Thompson for additional information on the project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
