Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Carrabassett Valley, Maine. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The Town of Carrabassett Valley is seeking proposals from contractors/developers to build and develop a 10-unit T-hangar airport hangar project. The Town will provide a land lease at the Town-owned Sugarloaf Regional Airport and the selected developer will construct and sell each of the ten T-hangars as provided in the Bid Proposal Specifications. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
