Question Deadline 10/20/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions/Requests for clarification must be submitted via email to Lori at address: lori.dodge@mma.edu Responses sent by MMA no Later Than October 23, 2025 o Follow EPA RRP Lead Safe work practices during the surface preparation. o Handwash all surfacesto be painted as neededwith a bleach/TSP solution to remove mold, mildew and dirt. o Scrape and/or wire brush all loose and flaking paint. o Apply oil-based primer to all bare wood, full prime. o Apply 2-COATS of Sherwin Williams SnapDry to all previously painted entry doors. o Apply 2-COATS of Sherwin Williams Emerald to all previously painted wood siding and trim, including shakes, clapboards soffits, fascia, porch ceiling, railing, posts and columns, door frames and window frames. o Metal Fire Escape: wire brush all loose and scaling rust, spot prime all bare metal and rust bleed, then apply 2-COATS of Sherwin Williams Multi-Surface Acrylic to metal landing, steps and railings o Any rotten wood encountered to be replaced on a time and materials basis - Provide hourly price for labor and markup percentage for materials for the time and materials piece. o Bidder will be responsible for all permits. o All local, state, and federal laws are to be obeyed. o Bidder to provide their own portable toilet. o Bidder responsible for providing own dumpster and keeping jobsite clean o No smoking on premises. o Anticipated start date is May 1, 2026 o Anticipated finish date is September 1, 2026
