The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1) Repair any rusted areas on tower steel elements by scraping and removing any rust down to bare steel and repairing with zinc rich paint such as ZRC Cold Galvanizing Compound or equal. 2) Apply coat of zinc rich paint such as ZRC Cold Galvanizing Compound or equal to all surface areas of tower steel. 3) Replace any rusted hardware with new, hot dip galvanized hardware to match existing ASTM specification. 4) Patch hairline cracks on NW guy wire anchor foundation with Simpson Strong Tie Structural Injection Epoxy or equal. 5) Reinstall new MSA ladder safety system
