Renovation of a mixed-use development in Corinth, Maine. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of February 5, 2024, bids were rejected. No definite date for rebid. Scope of Work Summary : Provide and install (2) complete 350kw diesel generator standby systems, automatic transfer switches, associated electrical, and site work. One to be located at Central High School and one at Central Middle School. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. The Davis-Bacon Act requirements apply to this project. Questions must be directed in writing to info@carpenterassoc.com no later than 5:00 P.M. November 29, 2023. A response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be distributed via email to all Plan Holders by 5:00 P.M. December 1, 2023.
