Renovation of an educational facility in Cumberland Center, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Maine School Administrative District 51 is conducting a competitive bid process for Science Wing HVAC Upgrades at Greely High School in Cumberland Center, Maine. The project consists of mechanical systems renovations. The construction consists of rooftop energy recovery units (ERVs) to supply ventilation and ductless split systems to provide cooling, piping and associated ductwork and controls, steel rooftop mechanical platforms and structural steel supports, electrical work supporting the HVAC renovations, and incidental work including selective demolition of roofing and suspended acoustical ceiling system and subsequent patching and reinstallation.
