As of June 20 , 2025 No bids received on the project ,No definite date for rebid The Town of Damariscotta is seeking proposals from a qualified vendor to provide insulation and complete the installation of insulation upgrades at the Damariscotta Fire Station. This project scope will include: o Removing the existing insulation; o Installing, with strapping, the insulation at the Fire Station for the drop ceiling over the offices, kitchen, and meeting room (apx. 60 ft. x 70 ft.) as well as over the drop ceiling over the truck bay (apx. 60 ft. x 70 ft.); o Safe and secure disposal and recycling of waste materials; o Assisting the Town in taking advantage of Efficiency Maine incentives to reduce the overall cost of the project; o Davis-Bacon Act compliance and reporting; o Completion of the work within four months of contract execution; and o Completion of other work as required by federal reporting requirements
