Segment 2 beginning 1.59 miles north of Route 86 and extending north 7.71 miles. Segment 3 begins 0.53 of a mile north of Route 190 and extends north 8.30 miles. Outline of Work: Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course and other incidental work.
