Description: Maine Federal-Aid Project No. 2286100 & 2286300/ WIN: 022861.00 & 022863.00 Location: In Aroostook County, project is located on Route 1 in the town of Fort Kent. Outline of Work: Replacement of traffic signals at the intersections of Route 1 & Route 11 and at Route 1 and Route 161, with sidewalk ramp construction and other incidental work.
